Evan is a dynamic co-host for the Synapse Studios 'Treaven and Evan Podcast', he is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and originally raised amongst heathens, polygamists, and his hardcore and loving family. Evan graduated as a Leopard from East High School and soon after enlisted in the military as a member of the National Guard. An option to serve as a Mormon missionary in Tacoma, Washington allowed him to explore the nature of language and culture amongst the Vietnamese diaspora of the region. Evan served within the medical corps and Special Forces Regiment of the United States Army. This military career spans over 25 years and includes work in the private military/security industry in addition to supporting the mission of the US State Department. Evan gained invaluable experience in high-pressure, critical situations in many countries like Chad, Peru, Nepal, Afghanistan, Japan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Tunisia, Djibouti, Lebanon, Poland, Niger, and others. From his military service, Evan has become a Surgical Technician and a licensed Paramedic, demonstrating his expertise in emergency and pre-hospital medical care. He is also an instructor, certified to teach lethal force techniques, small arms marksmanship, and defensive/technical driving. He has conducted training and operations in English and several other languages, both domestically and internationally. This multifaceted background makes him a compelling and authoritative voice, capable of addressing a wide range of topics with depth and insight.
